Alert Lite Neon Inc conditional warrantee is one year on neon and neon components. If a neon tube is found to be inoperative or defective, Alert Lite Neon must be immediately notified. The said unit must be returned to Alert Lite Neon Inc. Upon inspection if said unit is found to be faulty Alert Lite Neon Inc. will replace or repair, at their discretion. Alert Lite Neon will not be responsible for damages, time, materials, or related field expenses incurred due to repair of said unit. Alert Lite Neon will not be held responsible for breakage during transport or installation. All units shipped will be insured by the shipper. In the event that an item has arrived broken or damaged due to shipping, it is best to not except the item and send it back immediately with the shipper as well as note with the driver that it has been damaged during shipping.
Transformers are related neon components will be warranteed as per manufacturer’s warranty. Alert Lite Neon will not be held responsible for damages, time, materials, or related field expenses incurred due to repair of said transformers or neon components.
It is Alert Lite Neon Inc’s constant endeavor to provide quality neon tubing and signage. Our customers are encouraged to express their views as to production and quality so that Alert Lite Neon can better serve our customers in the future.
The following is made in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied: Sellers only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proved to be defective. Seller shall not be liable for any injury loss. Or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the us or the inability to use the product. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for this his/her intended use and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. The foregoing may not be charged except by an agreement signed by an officer of seller. - Shortages or errors must be reported within 3 working days of receipt - No returns without prior authorization - Accounts past due are automatically placed on C O D and all shipments are held until account is current.
